BATON PE Wax Emulsion is a high-stability, fine-particle water-based polyethylene wax emulsion manufactured with advanced high-pressure emulsification technology. This product features uniform particle size, excellent dilution stability and super compatibility with most water-based resin systems, including acrylic, polyurethane and styrene-acrylic emulsions.
As one of our most classic wax additives, PE wax emulsion effectively improves surface smoothness, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-blocking performance of coating and ink films. It solves common industrial problems such as easy scratching, poor hand feel and film sticking during stacking.

Usage Method
PE wax emulsion can be directly added at room temperature and stirred evenly. It is recommended to add in the later stage of formula dispersion to avoid high shear damage to emulsion stability. The recommended dosage is 1% – 5% of total formula weight.
